There are four "Good Stuff Restaurant" locations in the South Bay. While this may not be the original location, since opening, this store has become a local favorite. And the owners have a reputation for being good neighbors. On this visit, I ordered the carne asada steak. Per the photo, the plate consists of carne asada, black beans, Spanish rice, pico de gallo, guacamole and your choice of three corn or flour tortillas ($22.00). I wish there was a larger serving of beef -- but I always want more beef. As you examine the serving of rice, beans and pico de gallo, understand that they are trying to serve a healthier ratio of animal protein and vegetables -- which is really the theme of this restaurant. The bottom line is that I did not leave hungry. The restaurant is clean and bright. The service is always better than okay.

First time here. Irma was helped me decide on the Mexican Protein Dish. Did not expect a healthy meal to be that good. Need to try more next time.

So it is my mother's birthday weekend. I decided to give her a treat. 1 night a Terranea ocean front suit + cake and dinner. I was going to a different restaurant but Good Stuff caught my eyes. After browsing the menu, I placed my take out order. My order was an Omelette, Baja fish tacos and a side steamed veggies. The waiting staffs were great. The lady who took my order was quick. After placing the order, i just waited at the restaurant. It didnt take them long to get my order ready. While i was waiting, i had a little fun chat with another waitress, she was friendly, energetic and attentive. Something about her personality is so attractive, not gonna lie, after the chat, she just went to check on my order and she returned with my order. And my food, there were great. Well packaged, nicely seasoned and cooked. Awesome.

First off, Kairee our server was outstanding. She was able to get our order right when we were rushing to get our 18 month old son some food before he had a meltdown. We also requested a few custom things so it wasn't just a vanilla order where literally anyone could have gotten it right. When we originally arrived at 8:40 this Sunday, there were a bunch of open tables (including ones in the back room). All 3 of us were starving so it was pretty annoying having to wait 15 minutes. We also saw two empty dirty cups near the seating area just left there/ not cleaned up. I'm sure it wasn't the hostess' fault for the wait and she was just doing as instructed, but it was frustrating being eventually seated in the back room and seeing multiple open tables that could've accommodated a high chair without any wait time. I ordered the Turkey Bacon melt which was decent. Not blown away, but definitely good enough (as has been my experience every time whereas my wife has enjoyed their food more). In my opinion, it could've used slightly more dressing, but could be just me. The sweet potato fries were good and we ordered hash browns on the side, which were also good; although, my wife said hers could've been cooked a little more. The ambiance is always nice in there. Lots of bright natural light, with sports games on all the tv's surrounding the inside. They also have an outside patio seating area as well. The last thing is a bit random, but worth noting. We have supported this place since its grand opening at this location. The owner would come in and check on different tables to see how they were doing. However (and at the time) my wife and I were in our late 20's / the youngest ones dining there and we were snubbed on separate occasions. Obviously that was extremely disappointing and it's always left a bad taste in our mouths. Would've given this place a 3 rating to be honest because the foods always just been decent, with the owner experience being subpar, however once again we had excellent service from our server today.

Had a great experience. I live in El Segundo and have been to the El Segundo location several times. On this visit, my son and I were looking for lunch while his mom was riding horses nearby. It was 12:30 on this Saturday and they were busy. We were seated after a 20-minute wait. Believe I received a text letting me know our table was ready. Our server was great. The weather was beautiful. Our food was excellent. The prices are fair too. All boxes checked.
